A Canadian native, Kari grew up in the outdoors by the Great Lakes, and was inspired by her mother to pursue a career in fitness. Now, she is passing that inspiration on to others.
We join her in an atmospheric vintage boathouse, where she delivers a dynamic class that gives full body strengthening and toning. Don’t expect a standard floor-based pilates session; Kari gets you off the mat to work not only the muscles of the core and spinal alignment, but to challenge your legs and arms.
