With a strong history of competitive sport, including rugby, bodybuilding and triathlons, Dylan learned first-hand that when it comes to exercise, it isn’t about the short win but how we play the long game. His Animal Flow class uses the body in fluid and functional ways to increase strength and mobility, with a view towards enhancing performance in other sports.
When you take Dylan’s class, you step onto the track at the epic Crystal Palace athletics stadium that has hosted the FA World Cup, Grand Prix athletics meetings and the IAAF World Cup track and field event. It’s a breathtaking moment.
