Molly explores range of motion, challenging stabilising muscles and increasing strength on the mat.

From a young age, Molly trained in competitive horse riding, running and crossfit, giving her a sense of driving improvement combined with a real focus in whatever she commits to. She applies it to her strong and dynamic yoga teaching, where she plays with creative sequencing to push the body to new places, helping people understand their bodies and feel incredibly empowered.

For the Earth+Sky collection, we curate three of Molly’s Mandala Vinyasa classes, where she combines the fluidity of mandala with constant twists and bends in a fast tempo sequence that uses breathing to experience a deeply meditative state. It mens getting stronger, leaner and more flexible while feeling calm and totally transported from life.

As well as Vinyasa, Molly is qualified to teach Ashtanga, Mandala and Pre/Post Natal and host yoga retreats around the world.
