From her early teens, Loren combined yoga with Pilates, and while she studied a degree in dance, she began to deeply analyse the biomechanics and physiology of the body. Her scientific analysis to technique and posture led to developing a very focused physical approach to holistic wellbeing and body-mind healing.
For the Earth+Sky Collection, her dance and pilates-style teaching delivers challenging flow sequences with a healing edge that invite slowing down and letting go, listening to the body and developing intuition.
Since 2008, Loren has travelled the world delivering classes to people from different cultures, religions and languages, enabling change and healing in others.
