Using a combination of yoga, positive psychology, creativity and meditation, Liz has an infectiously fun teaching style that weaves elements of yogic philosophy, breath work and mindfulness techniques to improve wellness holistically.
The Earth+Sky Collection features two of her Hatha Yoga classes, which connect each pose to the breath, body and feelings, improving flexibility and helping re-centre, relax and reconnect, taking time to slow down in a stressful, over-connected world.
Formerly a designer in the luxury fashion industry, Liz now devotes herself to bringing people together and encouraging authentic connection, teaching Ashtanga Yoga (including Hatha Flow, Vinyasa Flow, Pranayama and Meditation), Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Therapy for Anxiety, Wellbeing Life Coaching and Children’s Yoga & Meditation.
