Inez Roberta

Professional dancer, choreographer, actress and dance teacher Inez brings her love of movement to yoga in vibrant, expressive classes.

Dancing since the age of three, Inez applied the same discipline and athleticism to studying Vinyasa, Hatha and Ashtanga, developing her own style of dance-influenced yoga programme that celebrates freedom of movement and the body.

Earth+Sky has created two Dance Movement classes that showcase Inez’s dynamic and energetic teaching style. Designed to improve coordination, balance, agility and flexibility in youthful and expressive movements, her technique protects the body from injury while promoting stronger bones and reducing the risk of osteoporosis, making it suitable for even the more mature.

Inez has worked internationally as a dancer and choreographer for the BBC, Sadler’s Wells and the Lyric Theatre, Giant Films in Los Angeles and ZDF Germany, and has even had a number 2 album with a girl band in Japan. We visited her in a vibrant East London community college to see her teaching contemporary and musical theatre dance to talented local kids.
