With a hard-edged style that sees real results, Ben’s scientific approach to yoga aims to change the body’s biochemistry through maximising each pose.

Ben has a background in mixed martial arts, Olympic freestyle wrestling and marathon running; it’s this level of self-determination that sees him pushing himself to his physical limits. If people are intent on achieving a physical goal, he is the person to get them there.

His totally practical, scientific, demystified yoga training maximises progress in yoga by using elements of gymnastics and calisthenics for an intense, strength-focused workout, ideal for enhancing sport-specific movement patterns.

As well as teaching yoga, Ben works a personal trainer and mindfulness coach for professionals, including TeamGB Olympic athletes and Professional Rugby team London Scottish.
